SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping with DHL

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Germany and Europe. For international and overseas destinations, shipping costs depend on your delivery country. The final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually arrive within 2 – 6 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination country. If your order has not moved or you notice any issue with your tracking, please contact our customer support team at support@suvene.de We will be happy to help you.

 


RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

We accept returns from all countries worldwide. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. To start a return, please use our Return Portal

 


REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days until the amount appears in your account.

If your return has already arrived at our warehouse and you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at support@suvene.de so we can check the status for you.
