RETURNS

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

We accept returns from all countries worldwide. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. To start a return, please use our Return Portal

REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days until the amount appears in your account.

If your return has already arrived at our warehouse and you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at support@suvene.de so we can check the status for you.
